Originally studying a BA in Spanish at the University of Southampton, and a MSc in International Criminal Justice at the University of Portsmouth a passion for culture, human stories and global connection has always motivated me.

I began writing in 2025 to process a late-diagnosis of ADHD and PMDD, starting my Substack advice column 'Actually Honest Advice' for neurodivergent women, which now has 3k weekly readers. I grew a TikTok following to 6k from speaking about my women's health and neurodiversity experiences, and share my writing, advice columns, lifestyle and career journey on the platform. I enjoy lived experience writing, especially on the interplay of gender, neurodiversity and women's health injustice. I've since expanded my Substack work to cover digital culture, gender politics and personal essays more broadly. 

In 2026, I won The Telegraph's 18-25 Travel Writer, with a story of my backpacking adventures in Central America and my connection to Hispanic heritage. My travel writing interests include ethical travel, narrative story-telling, Latin America and adventure travel. I have bylines in Indie Traveller and Resonate across features, destination guides and accommodation reviews.

I started The Hostel Hotline Substack newsletter in July 2026 with friend, travel companion and writer, Tasmin Kuye, amassing over 200k views on TikTok within the first month. We currently have 100 subscribers.
